Positive: The room was exactly on the pictures and as expected for the price range. We wanted a room to sleep and rest ad the end of the day with air conditioning, nothing else and this was perfect for that, we spend the day traweling anyways. Beach is rocky as mentioned, and like 3 minutes of walk downstairs. Free parking is awailable, big towns with lots of activities and different beaches around. Shop and restaurant 1 min away. The shop is small and crowded, but you can find any basic groceries there.
Negative: Wifi felt basically non existing. We bould connect but the load times where terrible, even a simple page loaded for minutes. So we had to use our own mobile roaming for the time. Our host said its beecause of the many guests, but i tried at multiple hours of the day, early morning, late ad night, ad the middle of the day multiple times throughout the week and it didint make a difference it was constantly slow, so better prepare any alternatives. Our neighboors doors on the floor are pretty close to ours, and everyone just kept slamming the doors in. It gets very noisy and anoying after a while, especially at later hours when you are trying to take some rest after a long day.
Summary: I would have been perfect with working Wifi, otherwise i would rate it great.
